We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within [processing time] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 6–10 days. Because FestiGlow is a Christmas decoration, we recommend ordering early in the season so it arrives in plenty of time for Advent and Christmas.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Delays

Carrier delays can happen, especially during the busy holiday season or bad weather. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window or your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email us at [your support email] with your order number. We'll contact the carrier, keep you updated and help resolve the issue, including sending a replacement if a package is confirmed lost.
